Ohio Minimum Wage 2024 Tipped Employees. Ohio’s hourly minimum wage will rise to $10.45 from $10.10, and the minimum wage for tipped employees will rise to $5.25 from $5.05 effective jan. $6.38 per hour for tipped employees.

The minimum wage in ohio will increase to $10.45 an hour, and to $5.25 for tipped employees, starting from january 1, 2024. For employees of employers with gross annual sales of less than $305,000, the state minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.
